We want you to love your Rising Soul Jewelry purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the jewelry is brand new, unworn, and still in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at madison@risingsouljewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.
4. Once received, we'll process your return within 3-5 business days.

Additional Notes

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on custom or final sale items.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
